Hi there, thank you so much for your reply and kind advice. May I ask? Did you have an "A rated" boiler prior to the one you have now? I'm finding that because I received a grant 10yrs ago for an "A rated" boiler I'm not eligible for another or so it may seem....0

IF the boiler was 'unsafe' he would have disconnected it. As he has only deemed it as 'At Risk' it means that there is no immediately dangerous situation.
Is there any paperwork to say why the boiler is at risk?
