    GM's post was indeed all that was required.

    It's not so much that he was asking, it was his denial of being a landlord and making out like he was a victim that put people's backs up.

    Im not in denial of being a landlord at all and as for getting everyones backs up well.....

    Yet again the big hitters have jumped onto a thread and abused the OP where in fact I had just asked for advice on doing things correctly. Ive never had to give notice before as last time it was done by the letting agent.

    Are you a landlord at all?? Do you do everything perfectly if so??
