    I don't believe you have had the misfortune of mis-selling though, that's the whole point.

    I'm a hard nosed bar-steward who doesn't suffer fools lightly I'm afraid. There is a report button at the bottom of each of my posts if you feel so inclined. You can also choose to add me to your ignore list or simply not read my posts if they are too upsetting.

    Do you have proof that there was information that you were not told? You need proof.

    I have enough I think to bring my case forward. I have nothing to loose in trying.

    To the poster who wanted the pork sandwich AND the ice cream, stop hounding me!

    Thank you :):):beer::beer::beer:

    It was a joke...

    (But seriously, if you have proof, you don't need to keep posting on her. Just contact the bank.)

    Dunstonh has already pointed out to you that the documentation given out for these bonds gave clear information on the penalties. It looks you chose not to read, digest and/or obtain further advice before selling.

    Us would that be the same documentation that were handed to those that were missold a endowment policy, those same policy that paid me out compensation??? Even dunstonah can be wrong. He was the same person that told a few people incorrect information only to be proved wrong. Again when it comes to complaints each case differs.

    I'm not a university graduate either.

    Obviously :T:T:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    And it's business man. I prefer to believe don't put yourself out there if you don't want to be judged.

    No and the. Don't pretend your someone your not

    Take Dunstonhs advice on this forum - they know what they are taking about.

    No he doesn't. How many other posts do I need to show you before it sinks in.

    No it won't be the same documentation. They don't tend to give endowment policy paperwork out for bonds!!

    Not quite sure what the 'obviously' not a graduate dig was about? Just proves that non graduates can start successful companies too (brag brag!)

    I thought you were ignoring me? You obviously know best so good luck with your claim. Come back and let us know how it goes.

    I have. I post because maybe someone has Simular circumstances. I am not scoring points I don't care if my ignorance makes others feel empowered and intelligent. I am not on this to brag how good I am I looking for support and advice. If it makes people feel better by subjecting me with abuse And insulting comments I will get over it. Others can be helpful and if my post helps to bring it to attention of those with no knowledge like me then I feel good for that reason.

    Yes it was with profits and the key features were Simular. Same risks as the risks in the bond. Bit was never highlighted part of the product as again came with high commissions for the bank sales.
