Utter tosh and rather pathetic really! Did they hold a gun to your head?! Maybe you should both take a responsible adult out with you next time?

What's wrong are you a advisor who has robbed many innocent people in your time that you are in fear of your losing your big commissions. Whatever it is you are on the wrong page matin helped people not demoralise them regarding their lack of financial knowledge.

No I'm not an advisor - I run my own succesful retail and wholesale company that I built by making my own decisions, researching things properly before taking actions and not being told what to do my others

Grow up !!!!!! and take some responsibility for your own actions.

No but you probably relied on the bank for help to start a business account. So in other words my husband money was being loaned to you to set up your business account. That sounds more like it... Let's hope it continues to be successful certainly one thing AV leaned you shouldn't brag too much because no one knows what's around the corner.

You insinuated I had a particular job so I corrected you as you were wrong. You appear to make a habit of not listening and putting your own twist on things. Perhaps not surprising that you and hubby got yourselves in to this mess in the first place!

Who advised you to sell prior to the end of the 5 years and incur a penalty charge (a charge you've already stated was made clear)?

If no one advised you and you state you are not financial experts, why did you choose to sell early and incur the penalty charge that you knew about?

It appears to be a catalogue of errors by you and hubby from the start!

Wrong again. I financed the start up of the business from a redundancy payment and the sale of some stocks and shares.

I'm not bragging. You insuated I was an 'advisor' so I simply corrected your incorrect assumption.

My future financial welfare is well organised but thanks for your concern anyway.

Your no very good at that yourself. You say not listening??. That is your view on written information I have put on very small posts. Don't judge, being a successful business woman you should know that.

Who advised you to sell prior to the end of the 5 years and incur a penalty charge (a charge you've already stated was made clear)?

Yes. But again if you understood the circumstances of items being missold you will understand that the information give to investors were very misleading.

If no one advised you and you state you are not financial experts, why did you choose to sell early and incur the penalty charge that you knew about?

Because lots of products include penalty charges but does not mean that you are going to be at a loss unless this information is given to you at the time of the sale. If you read my post like you asked me to do with yours you would see how is product was sold. You would also see that we declared our ignorance regarding financial products. We relied on a bank who at the time seemed as though they had our best interest at heart. That was how they made you feel.

It appears to be a catalogue of errors by you and hubby from the start!

Maybe so but we are not university graduates. We were your low educated hard working class people who were silly in believing that when someone explained a product that sounds great but hid the clauses for their own financial gain, we had no need to question them. This was in 2002 remember no many households had computers and Internet access. Different times we lived in not so long ago.

Dunstonh has already pointed out to you that the documentation given out for these bonds gave clear information on the penalties. It looks you chose not to read, digest and/or obtain further advice before selling.

I'm not a university graduate either.

And it's business man. I prefer to believe don't put yourself out there if you don't want to be judged.

Take Dunstonhs advice on this forum - they know what they are taking about.

Do you have proof that there was information that you were not told? You need proof.

Only because the information and your lack of compassion for people that have had unfortunate experiences with misselling. I am not the one giving hopeless advice on people financial loss and are looking for help. Therefore easy to assume you have knowledge in this profession. Obviously you are just a know it all that know NIL but likes to discourage others whilst gloating in your own success. If you cannot help the. Keep your unhelpful comments to yourself.

My future financial welfare is well organised but thanks for your concern anyway.

I am sure many professional companies felt the same as you before they ended up in administration. However I wish the best for your company. I have no ill feelings and support everyone in their success.
