Hey everyone,
I am in shop and need to spend £580, limited access to wifi, have Barclays basic debit card, marks and Spencer's credit card. Which card is best to pay with or would it be better to run to atm and withdraw cash from either.
Thanks
Will try to stall him lol

If the trader does not charge extra for using a credit card then always use a credit card for purchases in excess of £100. The whole purchase doesn't need to be put on the credit card just some of it.
You get extra protection for doing so.
If you're buying a holiday put some of the deposit on credit card even just £10 will do, no matter what the trader charges as a fee on top and the whole purchase of thousands becomes protected against supplier failure.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

Such a lack of preparedness sounds very much like an impulse purchase - resist..!Evolution, not revolution0
