    Suggesting that your advice is poor and could lead to problems is excellent advice. I think the OP needs his union to represent him. Certainly if he is the only one being selected for this treatment I suspect something else is at play. The OP may not even have heard the full story.

    I think it is becoming obvious that the reason why the new employer decided to withdraw their offer had nothing to do with your sickness record but the way you conducted yourself if it is to go by your attitude showing here.

    It is interesting that you never actually shared what was written to you that you claim is evidence that they rejected you based on your sickness record, written that is, because whatever you claim they said to you is obviously irrelevant in court.
