123 Reg

I have a business email account with 123 reg that for the last week has been intermittently working. 123 seem to have huge issues both in terms of service continuity and client satisfaction despite the service which has not been adequate for many users to rely on for business. Am I legally entitled to compensation for lack of service (as my email doesn't work) and/or support in switching seamlessly to another provider?

Business then it depends upon your terms and conditions particularly the service level agreement you signed up to .0

Remember that the lawyers got in first with the Terms and Conditions, as JJ Egan indicated...0 -
The only thing I have left with 123 is my .co.uk domain names. Everything else has been shipped out. Ridiculously expensive .com prices.
1and1 type behaviour when you're trying to move a domain away from them. In other words - petty, childish, huffing awkwardness.0 -
