I along with many other gullible people I have tracked down need help with a company known as VOGA.COM.Not sure if I am on the correct forum.
This company however for months, and still now, are selling goods on the website. No goods arrive, you email, they say it's delayed. This is repeated over and over again until you finally investigate, realising you are one of many. You do the mandatory letter reading your 'rights' all to no avail.
All comments on their Facebook page are deleted. That's because there is so many giving a bad press. TRUSTPILOT have many negatives, suddenly numerous 5* arrive, they are fakes and have been reported.
Why is this company still trading and how can we stop it?
All help gratefully received.

Why is this company still trading
Because people don't do research before a purchase so they continue to get gullible customers giving them money. As you say, a quick look on Trustpilot would give the game away.and how can we stop it?
You could issue an LBA and take them to court. Won't guarantee your money back though. How did you pay? If on a credit card and over £100 you could try a Section 75 claim.
If there are a lot of you, get them to inform Trading Standards. They won't look into individual complaints, but if they get a high enough volume of complaints it may pique their interest. Again, won't get you your money back but could stop others losing out.
Apart from that, people need to stop giving them money!0 -
Looks like they will be stopping soon enough anyway, the page that says "100% Legal" in the footer links to a .gov website. The page says that the law allows them to make furniture as the model they are using loses copyright after 25 years. The link to the .gov website Clicky says that from 2020 that will change to 70 years.0

Strange you should say that Hollydays as only this morning we invented the following Facebook page;
VOGA.com Unhappy Customers
One is saying he is based in the Netherlands I think. It appears they have various operations. All involving payments and no goods except in the odd occasion.0 -

I will do that now. We have google earthed the last address which is on a delightful pedestrian road in London. It is a door sandwiched between a restaurant and a butchers. Very up market. However one of our members claim he feels it's an address for off loading mail only, which, I understand is common??
The extremes of people they have conned is just unbelievable. Fortunately for me £69 paid in Jan/Feb.
We keep adding bad remarks on the posts on the FB page VOGA.com. As fast as we add them they are deleted.
Thank you for any advice/help though. Much appreciated.0 -
It looks like they changed their name from voga limited to " the original quality limited" that address is a serviced office.
Best thing to do is to keep posting on here to embarrass them0 -

You may need to speak to her to find out what's going on.
Not quite sure why a retired schoolteacher would be the director of a company( and many others)
