Have you noticed how similar https://www.memado.com/en/ and http://interiorfox.com/ are to Voga? And Memado actually has the same kind of reviews at TrustPilot.0

Hello everyone,
We have just purchased nearly €2000 worth of furniture from voga.com. We then realised that we would have to pick up furniture from Ireland ourselves.
We then looked at how to cancel an der saw their clauses. Clause 3.3 being that orders cancelled within 72 hours are subject to a fee of 25% the value of the order.
We emailed them and got a response the next day saying they have cancelled the order and need the IBAN and BIC numbers in order to process the refund.
Has anybody out received a partial refund from Voga.com and, if so, have you also given your IBAN/BIC/SWIFT numbers to them in order to get the refund.
Please, please help us we only have another 24 hours to decide.
Thank you in advance.0 -

How did you make the payment to them? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

I think here you may get a lot of help.
I am at a loss to hear how they are still trading. We was fortunate and got our money credited back from the bank. The company needs closing down.0
