I am considering to buy a Amazon fire phone which I have seen it unlocked for £89.

Is it possible to install Google App store on this device?

Why buy the Fire phone and talk of putting Google app store on it, just buy an android phone. Something like the Moto E 4G 2nd generation for 72.50 from amazon.
