Coverage is great, but I think the customer service is much worse now than a couple of years ago (when it seemed to be UK-based and had better trained people).
I am so frustrated with the ir customer service - I haev called 3 times and spent over an hour on the phone just trying to set up my voicemail! No one in the call centre seems to have an idea of the procedure. I think perhaps the back end is all managed by Vodafone and TalkMobile have no access to those systems.

yes customer service is bad bad bad! they ignore you, transfer you then do nothing they promise to do!!

Have you tried using their Webchat facility at all?
