Natwest mini cash ISA rate CUT

To anyone with a Natwest mini-cash ISA - rates were 'changed' on 3rd September, which means a cut of 0.21% for anyone with less than £18k in the account. It was nice to have all my online banking on one screen, but this might just trigger a switch to Kent Reliance.

Now, I thought that if a bank made a rate change which was to a customer's disadvantage then a period of notice had to be given - 28 or 30 days I had in my head. Natwest say this isn't the case. Any ideas anyone?

the natwest rate had actually recently been ok, I moved away from them a few years ago to halifax at the time were 1% better. They are now only alot closer as halifax have reduced their rates as well.

I must admit the Natwest online banking system is first rate and very easy to use, so it would be nice to move back to them at some point.

I bet next year they raise the 18k limit on their top rate again to 21.6k, cheeky !!!!!!s! I'm just below that.
