02 refresh tariff
Hi,
I placed an order with 02 refresh tariff which is due to be delivered tomorrow. I would like to keep the phone, pay the handset cost and cancel the airtime agreement.
Has anyone recently done that and has been successful at it? Reason I am asking I have heard from someone that 02 will require 30 days notice to cancellation.
Thanks
MS

If you just needed a new handset, why didn't you just buy an unlocked SIM-free handset?0

Obvioisly its cheaper theough 02 rather than sim free.0

Yes - did exactly this last week. Brought a iphone 5s Grade B refurb
Got the phone (mint condition), got it unlocked for free by o2, cancelled the airtime contract and paid off the device for £96
Very easy and Son #1 is extremely happy
If your in your 14 day cooling off period you can cancel.. Just phone up again and try a different agent0
