We opened accounts for both Eqifax and CallCredit to see what they showed. Both showed details of the CCJ. Experian had failed to share this information with us for four years and will be solely responsible for losing us a house.
How can Experian be responsible for you losing the house when it is the incorrect data being reported by Call Credit and Equifax that is the problem! Experian are reporting the correct information. If you were aware of a previous problem with Experian then that should have been your call to action to check the other CRAs0
