    What timescales are you thinking?

If you want to clear that back completely to go to grass you have a lot of work.

For one person it will take a long time and some of the stuff will need more than one person.

You will also will have a lot of waste.

IF things like the shed are going then they could be sold and people collect.
You may find some outlet for some the plants(freecycle)

This is a job where power tools make a big difference to the effort and time and waste volume.

    Shredder for the vegetation
Digger to get the block up and some of the plants
as has been said some look a bit invasive and getting them out completely won't be easy

Just clearing back to start thinking about the next phase will take ages.

To get a feel for the job cut that bush/tree down at the bottom of the garden and prepare a few SQ m around where it was.

I think you are in same situation as me, I am also doing my garden and would like to pave my drive too but I work 9 to 6 so by the time I get home its more like 730ish.
I had massive hedges and bushes on one side of garden which I removed and then level the garden. Then I removed all the concrete fence behind those bushes and now levelling the whole place where the hedges were in the garden as there was a massive upward slope near the hedges.

I have been on the forum and asking for help and everyone is very helpful but what I would suggest is start one thing at a time, I also would like to do all the things together but i can only work on the weekend so time is less.

To break the concrete, either you hire a breaker or may be buy one, for me since the time was an issue I just bought a breaker from screwfix, titan is the make and its brilliant, but be ready to lift a 15 kilo machine that will then vibrate too. Safety and protection is important too with all these things, they are big heavy machines.

I started with the garden so I suggest you start with one thing first and ask about that.

To break anything you might or might not need PP or a survey but whatever you do you have to be careful you do not go through the pipes or wires, if the property is semi if you can get a digger in may be it will make your life a lot easier but again you should know how to use it, I have not tried it myself.

Its not as simple as it looks but it will be well worth it in the end.
