try http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/ and quote their stuff, they even have standard letters that you can use. I'd been having issues with getting a refund from Scan for over 4 weeks and as soon as i started quoting which laws they had breached, they refunded very quickly !! worth a try good luck....

Adn how i know that it may be AGP is becuase you said your pc is a Dell Dimension 3000 and most deels use AGP. Aria are crap. I used them when they first set out and what a pile of crap they where. I go to scan.co.uk now.

Ring go down to the bank that you payed with the item and get a fraud refudn letter and fill that in and you should get your money back. Give aria a call and just put it blunt that you will charge the item back and will take aria to a tranding standards and the likes of watchdog. Say you have many people willing to go to watchdog about aria.
    Kind Regards

    Try http://www.aria.co.uk/rmaentry.asp

If you ordered online, just login to your account and you can select the item to return from a list. Make it very clear in the comment box the reason for the return and if a refund is wanted. Might be worth including a letter inside the parcel stating you want a refund too.

You should then get an RMA number via email, which you need to put on as part of the returns postal address. If you don't get the email, just log back into the RMA status section and it should be listed there.
  • The Integrated Intel® Extreme2 Graphics on board the Dimension 3000 are pretty good, up to 64MB of Video Memory. The Club 3 Radeon is 128MB I think, so probably a worthwhile upgrade for £35 if you are into hefty gaming.
