Relocating bath & basin waste to under floorboards

I have taken up some floorboards and can see the joists run in the opposite direction to the waste, and there is also a joist right below the soil pipe meaning it's going to be really difficult to put it under the floorboards unless I do some major messing around.
So decided to just combine into one waste that will have a t section running up to the basin and then continue to the bath, then will get a joiner to box up the waste.
I have removed the basin waste pipe, what is the best way to cap it? Please see image :0 -
Is one waste possible running with a junction at the basin and then continuing on to the bath?
Yes as long as you incorporate an anti-syphon valve .
Must say I've never seen copper run from plastic stack , better to replace with plastic and weigh-in the copper.0 -
Rather than a pedestal basin a nice cabinet based one could hide everything.0

You need a 32 or 40mm access plug for solvent weld waste pipe to cap off
Why don't you twist the lower branch and set the waste into the wall.
The whole lot looks rough , dri wall adhesive is not suitable for tiling overHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0 -
Thanks again.
Thats a great idea Andyhop, from the brick to the plasterboard there is around a 4cm gap.
Is it easy enough to twist the lower branch? I am hoping if this could be done: twist lower branch to face wall > run a right angle waste connector from soil pipe into waste pipe which could then be run in the wall.0 -
Get some penetrating spray on it for a few days
The grease usually sets hard but with a little work it should move. If not cut the stack higher and rock then join with a full slip collarHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0 -
Where should the anti syphon be fitted?
|----wastepipe
|---wastepipe
|
Bath .............................. basin................................soil pipe
Should it be after the bath & before basin or after the basin.
Or fit 2, one after the bath (before basin) and one in the basin waste before it t's into the main waste pipe ?0 -

Konark mentioned to fit the anti syphon. I think its because the bath waste and basin waste combine in to one waste pipe that goes to the soil pipe0

Anti syphon trap in the basin should help but not a guaranteed solution.
