Problem ordering BT Fibre deal 12/05/16

I have been trying to order the BT Fibre deal currently listed and I am able to get right to the end of the process and then get an error message Ref# CON-0067. I have tried this on 3 computers using 2 different browsers and get exactly the same result.

I have tried the online chat and been transferred several times with no success. Then I rang and spoke to the Easy Assist team who said they could do the price but I would not get the cashback or card so I am now stuck not able to order. The only way it makes financial sense to me is if I get the cashback and card.

Anyone else having problems ordering or know how to get round this?

Try at a time when loads of people are not trying to sign up .
That error code appears to be system overloaded .

That error code is due to your address or telephone number not appearing in BT wholesale database and/or missing from Openreach systems. (also known as a black line check).

BT will need to send an email to Openreach to get the records updated.

    Hi Spyhunter,

You hit the nail on the head. After speaking to about 7 different people through the chat/phone I got speaking to a very helpful girl in the easy assist team who told me she got a black line check despite me having a current connection with sky and she would report the issue.

She give me a bridging order number and said to screenshot the deal and she would email me once the records were updated. She said she would process the order and make sure I got the deal as its not my fault the records aren't working.

    Fingers crossed
