If the above rates are correct, the standing charge would cover from about 20/4/15 to 20/3/16
Another anomaly appears to be that I can't see a combination of DD amounts of £169 and £55 that add up to "payments received" of £468.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. My apologies I was not overly clear, the £557.82 was debt as it transpired our DD was too low for a considerable amount of time so this built up over quite a long period. This was when they then increased the DD without telling me and when I discovered the arrears. However I assumed that when they had increased it they had included current usage which it transpires they had not. I'm just glad that I found out prior to the switch as I hear if you have over £500 arrears they do not let you switch. I won't be touching these guys again I would rather pay abit extra a month and ensure I can easily contact them. I now also submit meter readings every month to ensure we don't end up like this again. Thank you all for your repliesLove my DMP left to pay £0/ £10162.51

Bouncybubbles - no matter who the supplier is you must give regular meter readings, an eye on your DD and read and understand your bills. If not you will end up in the same mess again.
PS Did you find out why why you have such a huge backlog in Standing Charges ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
