We could do with a council related enforcement area in here, after having a nosey I can see that there is a great deal of knowledge floating around, we just need the layout and the permissions to make the nesassary changes, something that the flight delay forum and this forum share. Back to my Jet2 thread for now, but thanks to everyone of you in here for doing what you do for free and helping each other if you ever suffer from a flight delay by Jet2 or any other airline look me up, I can help

Will do, although with Cityboy's help on your forum board in 2010/11 I got more than the cost of our flights back from Monarch after the Ash Cloud debacle. And I got my travel insurer EuropeAssistance (an oxymoron of a name) to pay out too by taking them to the Ombudsman who took them to court over it.

I liked the flight delay board, very similar to here and very helpful, pointed me in the right direction and I did it in the end, got four figures back which paid for the next holiday (which did not involve flying with Monarch nor insurance with EuropeAssistance!).
