Three coffees, a glass of water and a glass of Ribena as well as a small amount of Fruice orange for breakfast. That is my liquid intake for today thus far and it's now 14:00.0

I don't drink more than that and exercise intensively. I don't seem to need more. Even as a kid, I was never a big drinker and it is very rare that I feel thirsty. Even after running a half marathon distance without any drink, I have to force myself to do so afterwards. Saying that, I sweat little too.
Frankly, I rather stick to my 5/6 cups of tea a day that 1 gallon of Coca Cola, I think every health professional will agree on what one is healthier!0 -
Fizzy water is more drinkable than plain, and is still without sugar or calories.0

Glass sizes vary though, from little things to pint glasses. Also, some people eat wetter food than others. There may be breakfast cereal with milk, soup and other sources of water each day.
As for cola, I know some thin people who drink litres of it every week, and their teeth are apparently ok. Is it harmless though, is their health really no different to if they didn't drink all that cola? I'm not convinced that a lack of obvious signs of health effects now means it is having no effects, or that their future health won't be affected.0
