The way I've managed to drink more water during the day is to keep a water bottle within my reach all day. You can fill it up before you go to work and if you can, fill it up at work once it's empty. It's practical and convenient, like you've stated you need.0

I've always struggled to drink water and while I may fill up a glass in the morning, it's usually still there by the end of the day.The way I've managed to drink more water during the day is to keep a water bottle within my reach all day.
Have a bottle of water handy, like sstevo says, and then set an alarm for every 20 or 30 minutes - have a big swig whenever the alarm rings. Anyone can manage one mouthful of water at time, even if they don't like the idea of drinking a glassful.0 -
If you like hot drinks have you tried drinking boiled water? If not worth a try0

High juice ,when diluted according to instructions has over 3 spoons of sugar per glass.
So "only putting enough to take the taste" off is probably still adding a spoon of sugar.
The problem with drinks is if you are sipping them or having several a day then your teeth are bathed for hours each day in sugar which causes tooth decay. It doesn't matter if it's half a spoon or seven it's the frequency not the amount of sugar which is a problem for your teeth.0 -
I'm another one who finds it hard to drink enough fluid throughout the day. Plain water is only drunk if I absolutely have to. I do drink hi juice and at least the amount said or find it too weak, preferably diluted with sparkling water.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

It's not just the sugar, it's also the acid in fruit teas that's a problem . Many are as acidic as coke or orange juice http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-85012/How-herbal-tea-damage-teeth.html0

I now drink from a water infusion bottle. Favourite flavour is lemon and like, orange second. Soft fruit not too tasty, cucumber yuk. But try what you want. Best infused for 12 hours or so.
I don't particularly like fridge cold water so take it out in the morning and take a swig when I walk past .Life is like a bath, the longer you are in it the more wrinkly you become.0
