We are currently with Sky for everything. TV, Phone & Broadband.
Broadband is really quite slow to respond - all the time.
What are your experiences with EE & how good is their customer service?

If the problem is with your line, changing provider will make no difference.0

Slow to respond what does that mean ?
Are you connecting over WiFi or ethernet .
Have you used your ISPs help pages/ forum and run a speed test .0 -

It's slow to load websites and sometimes just tries to load for ages.
We are connected over wifi.
I have run a test with the Sky team and although it was low, they said it was within the appropriate limits - this is all alien to me, so apologies if I sound clueless - it's because I am.0 -
No point changing if the problems are your problems .XXX broadband comes in at whatever speed dependant upon distance from exchange and quality of line .
If a speed test is carried out with router connected to master socket and PC/ Laptop connected via Ethernet cable it should show the incoming speed .
WiFi is subject to channel congestion from neighbours walls and other interference .
<<It's slow to load websites and sometimes just tries to load for ages.>>
Have you cleared your cookies and history .
Cannot see EE (BT) cs being as good as Sky .0 -

Thanks for your reply.
All cookies/history has been cleared, yes.
After doing various tests (which i'm presuming you've all suggested here) and speaking to EE & Sky again, we have decided to stick with them. There was going to be no financial benefit to transfer, so that was never a factor in it.0
