My understanding was that adding egg to dog food gives it some extra protein which is good for them, and that dogs can eat raw or cooked egg (they're much less susceptible to salmonella than humans). That being said, I've always heard about adding it to the dog's main food, not just feeding them a big plate of egg... Egg on its own wouldn't do your stomach many favours.
Also I've heard of feeding eggs in relation to adult dogs - don't know about pupsters.

I have used dropbox in the past - that no longer allows me too ....0 -
Our vet recommended chicken and rice when our pup had a dodgy tum- and that occurred on and off while she matured. Thankfully at 2, she now seems to have settled. We boiled cut up chicken with the rice and fed that (cooled) with some of the liquid. Small quantities at a time, especially as she thought this was the most amazing meal EVER!
Are you feeding the same as pup had with breeder?0 -
I often gave my dog scrambled eggs when he was a puppy. Now he is almost 4 and only gets them occasionally (he seems to have gone off them a bit anyway).
I was told by my vet that hardboiled egg and rice is good if a dog has the runsThe world is over 4 billion years old and yet you somehow managed to exist at the same time as David Bowie0 -
