Broken IKEA cupboard

Hi all,
the other day I went up a cupboard to reach another higher cupboard (I know stupid) and the top part of the lower cupboard broke on the edges and also the door. I am currently in a rented flat and would not like to give back the flat with that IKEA cupboard broken, of course. Does anyone knows if IKEA replaces single broken parts like this? I guess this is about 1.5 - 2years old cupboard...
Thanks,
croto

Sorry, I am not totally understand which part is the damage.
Any photos?0 -
Hi @Cisco001, sorry no photos right now... The part that broke was the wooden top of the cupboard where I was standing on. The door broke on the hinges and handle0

Have you identified the particular item on the Ikea website?
It might be cheaper/easier to just buy a new one.... depending on the range.
It's unlikely anybody in the UK sells parts, I doubt Ikea do either. But your starting point is to identify the exact model you've broken and how much it might cost to buy a replacement.0 -
identify the model, then check on gumtree for cheap 2nd hand items.0

Is this a kitchen unit, bedroom wardrobe.....
If its either a PAX or BESTA unit then you maybe in luck and bits are readily available from any store, and reasonable priced.
A picture would really help others to help identify the type of unit, and the damage caused.0 -
I will take a picture later today and upload here. Thanks for the help0

Here it goes, some photos:
There is this tag as well on it:

Quick look on the ikea website suggests they don't sell this one any more. If it was just the top, then you may nave got away with finding a replacement panel, even getting one made up somewhere.... but the front is fairly unique.
Somebody maybe able to name it however and could source a 2nd hand unit from ebay or somewhere.0 -
To be honest, the front in my opinion is the one which is the easiest to replace, just drill some holes in the right places for the hinges and the handle. But the top has some holders and stuff which should be right in position, so I don't know... Maybe I could ask someone to custom make those two parts? If anyone knows has any recommendation I would appreciate.0

Top tip: No furniture is EVER strong enough to stand on. You might get away with something 10% of the time, once, if you're lightweight. In general, they can be deathtraps... that unit could've collapsed in such a way as to have you falling down those stairs!0
