Vodafone not taking contract payments
Vodafone have just informed me they have been billing me incorrectly for the last 12 months.I have 2 lines with them apparently they have only been charging me for one for the last 12 months. They now want the backdated payments for the last 12 months.Anyone know where i stand on this if it is the mistake on there end.
Thanks
Thanks

You owe them money, their mistake or not. You could try and negotiate a payment plan with them rather than paying the whole lot in one lump sum though if it will cause you hardship.
Having said that, if it is enough money to cause you problems, did you not notice the fact you were underpaying?0 -
Hi
Thanks for reply ,no i didn't notice as when i took the contract for the additional line i assumed i was paying for both lines as the bill is for both lines.
I did honestly think that i was paying £37 per month for 2 lines off them. They are basically saying i should have been paying £74 per month so now they are asking for the £444 backdated that they should have been taking out monthly.0 -
£37 for a "line" or a phone as well?
£37 for a line it far too much.
£37 for two lines and two phones is suspiciously cheap unless the phones cost next to nothing.0
