Best network for calls abroad - SIMO

So my partner is Italian and she is coming to the end of her contract with EE where she uses an add on that allows her to call back home to Italy (or Europe) for £5 for 100mins. She recently purchased an iPhone outright so will be switching to a SIM only deal in June. I have had a brief look around and could not see a company apart from EE and I think it was Vodafone who offer an add on for X amount of minutes for £5/£10 per month for example. Does anyone know another network that does? I had a look at 02 for example as I have a few friends that work for 02 who can get friends and family discount, which is 30% on SIM onlys however 02 only seem to offer things like £10 a month for 3 numbers, 100mins to each number or £20 for 100mins to 5 numbers. She doesn't want to be restricted to just 3 or 5 numbers. Any ideas guys?

Italy is one of Three's "Feel At Home" countries where incoming calls are free and calls to UK are covered by a UK bundle. It can be either a PAYG bundle or a SIM-only contract.

The OP is looking for alternatives for UK international calls rather than roaming, Grumbler. UK to Italy, to be precise.

Thanks for the help. We were really looking for something we can add to a SIMO/Contract with a bundle/add on. Like I said, she currently has 100mins with EE for an extra £5 per month. Do you know if any other networks offer such bundes/add ons?

O2 international fafourites offer a £10 monthly bundle that gives 3000 minutes to 3 landline numbers and a local 'Call Me' number for people in Italy to call you in UK.
