You could try. They may pick up on there being an existing customer at the same address with the same name though.
Also, you wouldn't be able to transfer your telephone number to your wife's new line. If she places the order online you should make sure you say you dont have an existing telephone number and are moving in to that address.0 -
Also any DDs have to be set up on a new bank account, preferably in your wife's sole name.Even then, be prepared to be rejected unless your wife has kept her maiden name.0

A friend of mine had Sky at home and had Sky at their holiday home, both in his name, he cancelled the holiday home account and reapplied in his wife's name, at the time the deal was a 'free' TV, I was sceptical, thinking Sky wouldn't go along with it, but they did, in fact the deal was arranged with one of these pop up Sky kiosk people you see in shopping mall's, dunno about using a cash back site though0

The other thing to consider is if you have had any issues with the service as the open reach engineer wil connect you to a different port on the cabinet. If that port or cabling to the port has had or still has issues then it may inadvertently effect your broadband and talk services and once they swap you, they can't just swap you back onto the old port.0
