Moving home with Talk Talk

Hi

I am not keen on talk talk , we have fibre medium with phone with them and will be moving area soon but do not wish to stay with them any longer than required

We have been with them 6 months, i went on their site to see what a home move would entail and if we take them with us they would start us on a new 18 month contract, not very happy with that at all as i was intending to see out the contract and switch

Have i read it correctly?

    Yes normal for an ISP see multiple identical posts on the forum .
    You can pay off your existing contract and are free to move .
    Or accept their terms for a transfer .
    Might be worth working out new customer deals from others .
