Do you use Yandex browser?

I have recently changed from using Chrome on my Vista 32 bit laptop to Yandex browser and it is fast and efficient, crisp and clear.
I like the fact that the screen capture is so much simpler then the snipping tool, but, when I save the capture, it whizzes off somewhere and I can't find it. Ideally I would like it to go to my start-up page.

Either way, it makes no difference because if they choose to follow me and study my internet activity, they might just place a * by my name and say "he's a boring old fart" and move on.

I don't understand what you mean.
When saving you are given an opportunity to select the location. Once selected, it will remain as a default one for your next capture.

Also, not really sure how you can get much simpler than the snipping tool .

You click it , draw a box round what you want , and click save !!

Indeed, there may be far better ways of capturing images from web pages, or archiving the pages themselves, than screen capture.

What way can be "far better" for capturing an image of the page or a part of it?!

In Internet Explorer, Tools -> File -> Save as... would be better.

    Better? Really?
And there is no option for saving a (part of) page as an image that 'capture' is really about.

Yandex: "Take a screenshot" button >> Select area >> Save
    How is it worse?

FF with "Screenshoter" addon: Right Click >> (Complete Page / Visible Poation / Selection) >> (Save / Save As / Copy) >> ...
Is it really worse than in IE?

And this is an addition to save as htm(l) option that FF and Yandex have like all browsers.

Save As... is better. It saves the image at full resolution, you will often be seeing a scaled image, and screen capture of that will only capture the reduced resolution, and so lose detail.

OK, I admit, it might be possible that all you want is a low-res, non-scaleable image for some fairly limited use cases. But for almost all people almost all the time, saving the original source image is more use.
