yes the phone mast or power line properties go cheaper because people are silly.

the risk from a phone mast is probably about as much as the risk of a lightning bolt hitting a shark sending it flying into the sky and crashing on your head. Actually that is probably the real risk that the thing falls down and hit you on the head.

the internet is an odd place you will find millions of sites that tell you the moon landings were fake and aids is fake and that Elvis is still alive with tupac somewhere. basically ignore the internet on these topics

trust that your own government and that the scientists of the nation wouldn't be holding up mobile phones next to their faces if the risk of EM was not negligible.

But as said before it will worry you and the worry will make you sick even though the phone mast wont do anything to harm you so skip to the next one

Are you suggesting that scientists, health professionals government employees etc don't smoke either? :D

I'd see it as a bonus, if it's on my land I can expect rental payments for it!

Also, as there is fibre at the end of your garden, a leased line would probably be cheap....

I have an amazing large house which i couldn't otherwise afford because it has the west coast train line at the end of the garden.

I'd rather have a nice quiet mobile phone mast (particularly if its the same network i'm on).
