Good evening, I left work early and have been for a power walk... well a stroll but hopefully it will get there in the end (I got on the scales this morning and I was )Mildred1970 wrote: »That's becuase you are an :A
I had a little 'holiday' - been back a while but been mega busy with work, weekends away and various supermarkets
Welcome back Ms Mildred!Enterprise_1701C wrote: »You can't do the water park the day before the wedding, you WILL burn, it is unavoidable!
Kennedy space centre is fantastic
Totally agree, we spent 2 days here and also spent a day on the beach.
These are the best memories we have from our holiday xpurpledonkey wrote: »For the people going to Disney... I dare you :rotfl:

It has crossed my mind too but they're all adamant that's what's happening. Plenty of P20, cover and shade and I'll come out of it whiter than I go in:rotfl:

See above :cool:Someone once told me that there is a reverse logic to Disneyland. Everyone assumes it will be mobbed on bank holidays, so no one goes and it is actually quiet.
We bought a book called "the unofficial guide to disney" and followed it to the letter. So much so that we were convinced that there just wasn't any queues that Summer and abandoned it one day, where we then found proof that there were queues.
2 quick tips:
Always start from the back of the park -everyone else starts at the front.
If you are doing a character meal in a hotel, do it on a non-park day. That way you are not wasting some of your in-park time and you are adding something to a rest day.
Message to arms = you have only 5 weeks to tone up.
I plan to start from the back but we're all going as a group and they've done their fast passes already so we are kinda dictated by that a little bitI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. P20? P200 more like. If you have to go though, make sure you cake your faces in sun cream when you are swimming, my DD burned her nose and forehead because she spent all the time in the water, admittedly this was not in Florida, but the sun will be stronger than Thailand at that time of year:eek:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
