Hi Nellie how are you yes so do I. After having d continuously for a week it's been pretty draining. Once I stopped the potion the herbalist prescribed for me on the Saturday just gone I've been fine today. Oh I ve also lost my voice so that's been fun not.

I got milk yesterday so when I add the five from that I will have enough. :j
