I wonder if anyone else has had problems with TCB rejecting S&S offer claims? I have had a number of the grocery offers rejected and they have come back with the stock "This offer is provided by CoS and will only be awarded once, whether claimed via TCB or via any other publisher in the CoS network" reason.

I have always interpreted that as the receipt can only be submitted once anywhere on the CoS network, which is fair enough - these were only submitted once. So are they interpreting it as you can only claim once at all across the network? If that is the case, how come I have managed to claim (using the same email address) on CoS and CS without issues on a number of offers?

Do we think CS and CoS are running the same software but not using the email address as the account identifier, but when TCB are using the CoS network it is also checking against the email address? Or have I just been unlucky as I feel sure I have claimed some of the offers on all three without an issue.

Difficult to know how you can appeal these decisions without flagging you have been able to claim the offer on all three sites (if that is against the T&Cs)? It is particularly an issue when they take over a week to reply to queries!

    Evening peeps.

Poundland today had a good range of ready to roll coloured icings as well as tubes of coloured icing for piping, not as pro as pd's suggestions but I was impressed with the selection, Jane ashers range.

    Hth, off to catch up.

I think I used 5kg Dumbbells from Sports direct but gave them away some time ago so not entirely sure. I've moved on from them and now use a barbell but they did work fantastic if you stick to the little routine every other day. Sports direct have Dumbbells from 0.5 kg so I suggest maybe going in and picking them up to see which feels manageable. My friend went for the 2kg I think but didn't stick at it. I'm really gutted I can't find the routine I used although I do know it was from women's health magazine. I think sticking with it is the key to getting the results :) Hth xx

I have 2kg dumb bells. I just completed all 4 exercises one set of each and my upper arms are crying!
