    No. You can probably wait up to six months before claiming. If you've got the comparison result, that's fine - that's all that has to be done within 28 days. There's at least a two month period to generate the voucher, as Sal found out. I think I've waited three months before producing a voucher. I reckon it may be six months before the comparison disappears (if indeed it ever does, once locked in). HTH.
