I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

Mum is still loving the one you helped me choose 2 years ago. She has used almost every day since and has purchased a small altar in cream and small bag like my other one which has poppers to secure in middle and hidden pockets.

We stayed at a farm not far from patterdale. it's a place OH has stayed before through his time at combat stress. it was very basic and I had to climb a hill everyday to check in with the kids. I got home today and realised I gave birth to a plague of locusts  there was no food left :rotfl:0 -
Update on Millie:
Took her to vet yesterday (Thursday) and vet Alice checked her over and we discussed what problem could be. She did in-house bloods and I took Millie home. Alice rang me later to say liver function test result AKLP showed 356 when should be looking for max of 212So I had to starve her overnight (well that's what Millie thought I was doing - her face when I fed Berry and Noela this morning and not her ) and take her in again for 9 this morning. They took bloods, then fed her (happy Millie :j) and took blood again after 2 hours. Bloods sent off for Bile Acid Stimulation Test (BAC) and Alice will ring me on Monday with results. Seems to be problem with her liver function. So more waiting, but she is doing Ok in meanwhile, though definitely not herself
When vet nurse brought her out to me this afternoom she said that Millie might not eat much tonight as she had eaten quite a bit while there. I just laughed :rotfl: :rotfl: Got home, fed all three, and all scoffed it up, and she has had supper too, just a little food so she and Berry can take their meds. I know my Millie wellMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
