    Good morning all, happy Saturday.

Little duller looking here this morning, but it should brighten up.

    Have a good day.

Good morning all, cloudy one here but milder. I have two lots of curtain linings and an offcut of fabric I got yesterday in the washing machine so hoping it will dry.

I'd agree E :D once you rub that surface down it will take any sort of paint.

Anyway now you are finished your painting, how about coming to the Sunshine Coast to help an old friend out? :D :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I even have an awkward window to make you feel at home ;)

:eek: I have had enough of painting to last me a lifetime, especially awkward windows

In mine it has been showing £0.00 whenever a discount kicked in since they changed it. Today I bought two packs of finger rolls for 10p each in W and it took 30p off the total for the discount, so paid to take away. Something has changed as it hadn't done that for a while, unless it is just buy X save y that still work and I have just not had these offers?

Yup. X for £y certainly doesn't glitch anymore

    Good morning ....

RIP "Float like a Butterfly sting like a Bee" Mohammed Ali :A

    Yes very sad news.

Hello, hopefully we are due some nice weather this weekend!

This reminds me of this (I'm missing the point as usual):

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vxrJMXFsqTc

The one song I used to skip over when I took my CD to play at work:rotfl:. Probably too modest to admit to owning a copy. Do you know, I've never played this out with my parents and just would feel uncomfortable doing so*. Maybe I need to have discussions with my surviving parent about my reasons for doing so:rotfl:. Obviously I have some sort of 'hang-up' problem here - although, playing the song out now at my own home, I'm actually laughing at it as it is quite funny (IMO). It's actually not too bad (again IMO) and Dave Pearce used to play it on the radio at night, where of course they altered the sound of a single word (but I still knew what it was) - made no difference as, original or altered sound, I wouldn't play either version out with my parents (this, even 7pm broadcasts give me problems but fortunately I never played it out like that but only ever heard it with headphones) - and it's actually not just that one word that's my 'problem' there, although it is also that, but much of the whole rest of the song and what it's going on about. Enjoy:rotfl:.

Another one of those number 53 in the charts for one week songs probably:rotfl:.

So, yes, if anyone finds it at all "inappropriate" for me to post a link to this particular song then, do you know what?, I have problems with it in some circumstances - and they probably go far beyond yours. Even though, objectively now, listening to it in a place where I have no problems at all, it seems fairly mild to me and there is far far more 'severe' than this that I would have even more problems with (songs that aren't really severe at all in places where it's also no problem to me, i.e. the same place as now). Anyway, enough of me talking about music like this:rotfl::rotfl:. Thanks for reminding me of the song that I hadn't heard for a while. Came out about the time there was all those news articles about Viagra.

Yes, indeed, the song is not even marked with any warning on the page or anything. It's always the unmarked songs that I have problems with:rotfl:. Always the CDs that never have any advisory label - those are the ones that I have issues with:rotfl:. Absolutely fine with 18-rated material. But - U-rated:eek::eek::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:! (The "suitable for all" material - that's the problem:rotfl::rotfl:.)

*That said, there was a jingle on one of the radio stations I used to listen to, that said "get your bum out of bed" and I wouldn't even play that out either (everytime it came on and my parents were anywhere within my hearing, I switched the radio off unless I was listening with headphones). Strange how far I go with some things that make me uncomfortable - and then have no problems at all watching 18-rated films with parents (perhaps something on the radio can be 'worse' than a video film, although there is no logic as to why that's the case - other than the fact that there are greater restrictions on the radio than on video film and I think that's entirely the logical explanation as to why. So, remove all restrictions on what you can say on the radio and I'd then have no problems at all:rotfl:. Maybe, possibly. I don't know - maybe I still would as it was hardly like "bum" was restricted).

MIA and no time to catch up.

Just had a few days near Cardiff. So lovely when the sun shines.

Went to the Royal Mint Experience in Llantrisant. Interesting, but quite expensive at about £13 each. Plenty for kids with an interactive experience section. But over priced for what it is.

:):) We are going there on Wednesday coming. Quite excited :D
Could I ask if they sold the Peter Rabbit coin albums in the Gift shop, only if you browsed :) Thanks
