Good morning all...
Happy birthday Hillbern x
lovely to read the birdie stories...we have a rather large holly bush/tree at the bottom of the garden...I've seen a magpie building a nest but would never be able to get anywhere near it to see if its being used as it seems very deep amongst the prickly leaves.
Glad you had a lovely meal last night Nanny.....have you started your Girl on a train book or is that next?
ILTS....VT covered a few of my suggestions for music for your Dear Gran....I do love somewhere over the rainbow it spans the ages and is a beautiful song...other than that have you thought about instrumentals...sometimes without the words they take on a whole new feeling ...Adele songs are quite good that way!
it is so difficult choosing music but you will find something that suddenly you think "yes".
VT....I love coldplay's fix you....but I cry every time I hear it.
Seren...you seem to have taken over the mantle of a good morning pic...along side the quiz ones that Snap posts...thank you....lily of the valley...a lovely flower.
DS has the 2nd exam this morning ....Physics....he seemed calm this morning so we shall see how it goes....
Bit of sun outside and a trip to the post office beckons this morning.
Have a lovely day all xfrugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0 -
