Well would you believe it.

Guess where I am booked for? :rotfl:

Am I going to have to share my holidays with Sun readers. :o

There are some really good deals to that hotel this year, I can definitely recommend the Sensatori experience after trying out the other one in Turkey last year. ;)

I broke the golden rule today and looked at the price of my holiday and on the late deals it's gone down nearly £100 each. I did use a code so haven't lost out quite that much. Couldn't believe it DM it's not even a Tuesday. :rotfl:

Will try and make sure we do a boat trip Izzey, thanks for the info, I think there is one from the hotel across to Fethiye, might try that on market day which I think is the day after we arrive.
Nooo, you spend market day in the market haggling :)

Would you believe I am not very good at haggling. :o

I don't know why I am still looking at the prices it's done and dusted now, paid the price I was happy with at the time. Have you booked yours yet? ;) Or are you waiting bit longer, looks like these prices have dropped at the 3 week mark...

I would recommend kalkan has anyone here been? It's beautiful and is about an hour on past fethiye. It is a small fishing village full of restaurants and is not a cheap holiday although I think you now get a bit better value for money again with the exchange rate being more in our favour.

Pretty sure there is a boat-taxi runs from Fethiye harbourside over to Letoonia a few times a day TS.

    Fethiye market day is Tuesday.

As you look out from Letoonia across the bay you can see Sovayle Island then Calis on the mainland. If you venture across to Calis there is a lovely place to spend a few hours called Restaurant Sat Beach Club. As you approach from the sea, they have set the shades over the outside restaurant area, to look like a galleon sailing into shore. Mind you as you are AI and only going for a week, you will probably just want to chill.

There are daily boats trips out to the islands from Fethiye and should you decide to book one, some pick up at Letoonia, without you having to go into Fethiye first.

Kas and Kalkan area is lovely Di, we stayed in Patara about 11 miles along the coast. Did find Kalkan a bit pricy though, even with quite good exchange rate. Lots of rooftop restaurants with lovely views. Exchange rate has gone down quite a bit from last year, I think we got 4.8 last September and it's around 4.2 now.

Yes kas is lovely too and I've been to patara beach but not patara itself.
I think everyone in their lifetime should treat themselves to a holiday in kalkan . It is such a lovely place but not cheap anymore. When we first went 16 years ago a meal out for two adults and a child with wine and drinks for the rest of the night was well under £20

The multi on the Crisps/French Fries/Doritos etc looks to be ending today, 2 for £2.50 in Asda, and should glitch.

Just going to have a quick look but having usual probs with mysupermarket.

The Doritos are £1.00 each in Sainsbobs and Morries ( ) to Morries.

Also the Walkers French Fries Variety Pack £1.00 each in Sainsbobs and Morries

I am hoping this link will work on mysupermarket.
