Today I have mostly been making, belly pork in slow cooker, caramac fudge in slow cooker and veggie sausage rolls. In between gardening washing and going for a drive with OH ( to supermarket ) but on the way we had to look for a trig point. He was diagnosed as type 2 diabetic a couple of weeks ago and has taken this up as a new hobby to stop him thinking about cake. It involves driving around lanes and diving in hedges. Still means i dont have to pay for petrol to shop.
Lovely day here off to do Mums T now.

Apologies if I upset anyone about my comment of a one year olds garden screaming at 8am. Just my view but I do understand teething babies have know no clock and the parents were just trying to placate it.
Bouncing makes no noise (as long as no fighting children) so obviously excluded from my muse.
Mine you I would be screaming if I was forced outside at what was probably about 8 degrees.

    Afternoon :)

    Pffft, bloody Magpies.

dave 3 different trees. Gonna photograph the 'naked' tree in full leaf then in autumnal colour. Not sure what type of tree it is yet, leaf are just about to emerge. Unless some clever clogs can identify it by shape and branch structure?

Lived down here nearly 2 years, searched all the local farm shops every spring for goose eggs but non :( Yesterday went to Thirsk and found a shop selling them :D £1.50 each  I'm use to paying 70p. Bit far to go but I'll enjoy the few that I bought :)

Anyone use bounts? Paid for walking. i'm just on the free version but have £30 quids worth to cash out. Sure there use to be options for £25 gift cards but they seem to have disappeared and loads of £5 ones :( and some out of stock..
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

I signed up for the free version about a month ago.

On the bounts thread people are complaining about gift cards being out of stock and of things getting lost in the post.

Oh Snap I didn't know that, sorry to hear this. I've been eating a banana every other day as I've been getting cramp in my calf spreading to my foot. Can't say bananas have helped yet but I'm giving then a go :)
