I wish Jason lots of luck.
We do quite a lot of complaining on here so he won't be short of things to do.Warning: In the kingdom of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.

I hope he knows what he's in for!0

Will Jason Mills have to speak to Martin Lewis' PR people when he wants to ask a question?

'On my way in, I bumped into Martin Lewis, the financial journalist who sold Mr Plumb's company his website, MoneySavingExpert.com, for £80m a few years back.
In his journalistic capacity, Mr Lewis is always on the radio and TV, so, as a fellow hack, I introduced myself and asked if he could give me a quote about Mr Plumb for my article. “Talk to my PR people,” he huffed, breezing off into the afternoon sun.
I wondered if a bit of cash would make me that grand, too'0 -

Surely that would have been better reported as:
'On my way in, I bumped into Martin Lewis, the financial journalist who sold his website to Mr. Plumb's company"
I wouldn't give him the time of day either.Warning: In the kingdom of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.

Probably best you read Martin's recent blog Two Sides to Every Story but then it wouldn't give you the chance to have, yet another, dig at Martin and MSE.Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama0 -

I didn't know that MSE was based at the same address as moneysupermarket.com group.0

Yes, MSE Towers moved into the same building a few years ago. It made total sense.
For the work the team was doing with MSM on tools etc MSE staff were spending half an hour each time trudging backwards and forwards across London from Shepherds Bush and vice versa. It was getting silly!Could you do with a Money Makeover?

I've just seen that, thanks. It wasn't there when the post you quoted was made, nor when I thanked it.
Yes it is nice to hear both sides of the same story, and having now heard both, perhaps Martin should consider employing a new PR crowd if that's the best his current ones could muster in an attempt to mitigate his faux-pas.0
