I have received a notice from Parking Eye rejecting my appeal in respect of the Aire Street, Leeds car park. I used the suggested template from the Forum as the basis of my appeal to them, so asked them for the identity of the landowner, a copy of their contract authorising them to collect parking charges etc, plus some questions of my own.
The rejection letter is merely a standard general letter enclosing some FAQs and information about POPLA. It in no way answers any of the questions that I asked.
Please may I have some advice on what to do next? Should I be getting back on to Parking Eye to insist on the answering my questions or does there apparent refusal to answer my questions strengthen the case for a POPLA appeal?0 -

That is what they did to my firm no reasons to reject just did. I have read they are automated.0
