I signed up to one year line rental in February.
Will I be able to change provider and take remaining rental with me?

No your be subject to early termination fees.

Paid line rental in advance .
Any price rise will not give you grounds for a refund or cancelling .Its not going up its an advance payment at the price .
You can transfer your broadband if you can find a provider that will accept the BT line .0
