I had our 3 br terraced done by one guy who was good and experienced. We moved out for the 10 days he took. It cost £5000 in GLC area.

No, he asked for someone who does a good job near to him and that's what has been recommended to him. If you bothered to look properly, there's an address the op can check that's a five minute drive from his home address. All he needs to do is drive down in the evening and he'll see the company van at the address.
So your way of defining if a company is good is it be local and has a van at its address :rotfl:

Director has Numerous Dissolved companies in this instance at same address’s I’d say they had company vans too? If you visit them the day before they dissolve and see a van at address your logic there good ?
Advertising that doesn’t include legally required information, Mobile only contact and name which is a trading as but not identifying real LTD says bad times ahead to me

    2-4 weeks :rotfl:

Never seen a 4 bedroom tenement /120 switch/socket where everything has to be chased take more than a week for 2
120? 4 bed even if you say 10 rooms in total that’s an average of 12 switches /sockets etc per room( higher than an average amount to start and a 5 day turnaround :rotfl:( discounting the 6-8 hours it would need to install fuse board test and certificate ( that would leave you 9 man days two workers ) on works you quote ( less rooms increases the average per room and 12 high already ?)

To lift + relay floor clear away leave site safe each day chase, drill joist, fix pattress etc feed cables, clip, cap etc Terminate and commission dived time by works absolute rubbish ( what your saying and the quality of the work ?:rotfl: )
My estimation is based on small firm no definition of number of workers on site but small would normally send only one obviously depending on other works contract etc, If required quicker you pay for the privilege...

What does OP know unfortunately I’d say little comparing site to refit/ refurb etc also lack of indication of lighting etc so in company with some that have commented whom some they can get a three bedroom flat rewired in a weekend :rotfl:

If my sparky friends was to take 4 weeks to do a rewire he'd either have to charge the earth or work for nothing . Average 3 bed rewire costs £3500. Average daily rate £250 per man.

120 points is nothing in a 4 bed property, gone of the days where you have 2 double sockets per room. TV points, data points, phone points, your average kitchen could easily have a dozen doubles, appliance switching under and above cabinets, multiple down lights,

There's only one director and he's only had one company, according to companies house.

Feel free to show us otherwise.

I do know their correct name.

Are you making a statement or asking a question?

The company has one director, who has only been concerned in one company.

I don't know where you're looking. Maybe the ceramic wall tile glue has got to you. :rotfl:

Does that mean your ok with not meeting the legal requirements e,g company advertising and mobile only contact etc then maybe your forgetting who you are? :rotfl:

As a clarification I have not stated there workmanship is good/bad simply that the warning signs are there, Also that you method of verification e.g drive and see company car/van outside business address is moronic,,,But feel free to troll on If you wish to know how to find out info on dissolved companies etc suggest you learn or I'll be happy to tell you for the appropriate fee
