                    Hi all
It s my first post on here as it seems i m pretty much in a bad situation and noone can help.
About a month ago i saw an ad on the web to buy a car i spoke to the seller every seemed to be perfect and easy. I transfered the money on his bank account and i have no news now...the car was supposed to be shipped to me and there is no track of the shipping....
What can i do to get my money back?
Police tells me i m screwed and nothing to do...thanks

Presumably you bank transferred it. Did you go to an address? You could issue a Letter before action if you have the address?0

Surely no one is that stupid to transfer money to a random stranger for a car.....0

I was that stupid and bought the car abroad...thanks for your cheering words...0

Nothing you can do now OP. Most of us would have seen the warning signs with the word "shipping". Its an expensive lesson to learn, hopefully it is something you won't do again.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A
