Yes that's correct. Make sure it uploads and shows as a little 'packet' icon, then continue and submit it. Come back when you get an evidence pack or if POPLA email you (other than an acknowledgement and password).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I had submitted my appeal to POPLA on 31st May. I have not yet heard back from POPLA.
Yet today I received the a letter in the post from Indigo titled 'Overdue Penalty Notice to Owner' and asks me to pay £124 (which includes further recovery charges) and says that if I do not do so, then their client may pursue me through Magistrates court by way of a private criminal prosecution.
Edit: Actually I just realised the letter is from 'PCN Admin centre' (https://www.ipaymypcn.net) on behalf of their client 'Indigo Park Solutions UK Limited'
Am I correct that that this should just be ignored?0 -

Nice quote, I might use that...I had submitted my appeal to POPLA on 31st May. I have not yet heard back from POPLA.
You must have had an email giving you a password to check progress via the Portal? Hope you didn't post the POPLA appeal snail mail.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I had submitted an appeal to POPLA on 31st May and now on 21st June, I received the following email from POPLA:
Your parking charge appeal against Indigo Solutions.
We have now received Indigo Solutions’s case file. If you have not received your copy then please contact Indigo Solutions directly.
You have seven days from the date of this correspondence to provide comments on this file. You can do this on the track existing appeal area of our website.
Any comments that you make after this time may not be considered as part of the appeal process.
Once this time has passed we will progress the appeal for assessment. We will let you know when this happens.
Yours sincerely
POPLA Team
I have checked on the existing appeal area and although it allows me to provide comments, I cannot see any attachment to a case file. Nor have I received anything in the post from Indigo. The last date provided to me for submitting comments is 27th June. Any idea what I am supposed to do? Will POPLA dismiss my appeal if I do not provide comments?0 -

Email POPLA and copy in Indigo. Tell them you have NOT received the evidence (which comes directly from Indigo, BTW, not via the Portal).
Ask POPLA for a stay of the decision until you have been served with the evidence pack that matches that sent to POPLA and have then been allowed seven days to comment.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
