I am a bit peeded of with BT - at the end of April I renewed my Broadband contract at a very favourable rate.
Unfortunatly they had just issued a bill for the next 3 months at the full rate.
I have asked for a refund of the difference but they say it will appear on my next bill.
Why should I give them my money for the next 3 months to allegally get back - they are wealther than me.
What's the betting I will never see see this refund they will try and tell me it's hidden in the figures of the bill

Was it taken via a DD? under the DD guarantee you should be able to get the amount reversed via your bank.
Although given the hazards and potential pitfalls of the above I would probably just suck it up and wait for the credit.Thinking critically since 1996....0 -

I hav'nt actually paid the bill yet I have asked for the credit so it can come off the bill they have said it will come off next bill but as I am paying in advance it should be the lower amount0 -
Ok slightly happier now they have said they can not give the credit now it will appear on next bill so they have agreed to delay this bill till the next is out.0
