Total Gas and Power ripping off business customers

Again - nobody is picking up the issue here!!!

If an elderly customer or a customer who isn't very fragile was to go into one of these contracts, it would destroy them!! We all know what the sales people are like on the phone... they don't care for any customer, just for the commission!!!

The problem is that Total Gas and Power are ALLOWING brokers to use uplifts upto 3p! Why is this so high!!?

If a customer doesn't want to be in contract, fine, they say no. What about the customers who don't really understand the industry, who trust their broker to give them the best deal, who rely on the broker to help them as they may be slightly unaware of how pricing works....

Do you not agree the brokers are taking advantage and it's Total's fault for giving them the 3p uplift in the first place?!?

If you don't know how run a profitable business you should not be in business. You should look for the best value in any supplies you buy in whether it is goods for resale, pens and paper or in this case energy. If you don't like the prices go elsewhere.

I agree, always look at the contract and your options before accepting.
However, some people rely on brokers to do the work for them - it's their job. Then if they come back to you saying this is the best deal, you trust them and take it not knowing they've stuck a 3p uplift on. Total Gas and Power are happy with their brokers sticking this extra bit on, knowing full well that their taking advantage.

PS: thanks to friends, i can confirm there are undercover staff already within 2 of totals brokers - this should start to get interesting... watch this space, and bookmark your daily mail homepage... you heard it here first...! :beer:

Hello everyone,
I can say that there's nothing wrong with their strategies, this process has made me and my business hundreds of thousands pounds enabling me to get everything I want!

I grew up wanting flash cars, nice watches money in the bank etc and I can finally say I now have that!
Do you know how it feels to drive around in an f type svr growling at pedestrians? I don't think so - I have this thanks to total gas and power...

I cannot even think about how I would cope without it-they're doing the industry a great help and it means I can get on the Dom Perignon without even thinking! So many nights, God I love this life

Take advantage is what I say, why not! Cheers

See... This is exactly the behaviour that outrages customers. How can you come into this forum and say that- taking the p**s out of the product and taking advantage!? Typical, disillusioned man.

Thanks to this post I'd advise all customers to steer clear of Utilitcuts or any business related to that poster- they clearly think the world shines out of their a*se and it's sad, very sad!!

If there are any reps from Total Gas and Power reading, please cut connections with this individual immediately, what a joke!!

I suspect someone is trying to troll you and being quite successful about it. I very strongly doubt it was a genuine post.
