I paid for an Apple watch through God box deals on Groupon and the money was taken from my account 25th April. I recieved a tracking number but the Royal Mail are still saying they haven't recieved tge item to send on to me. I have contacted Goldbox deals and they can't understand why Royal mail are saying that as they have the tracking number for the watch.

Has anyone else had a problem buying Apple watch from Goldbox deals through Groupon? Any advice please how to resolve this as the watch is a birthday present for my husband. Many thanks Michele xxx

Im having the same issue but with a return.

I have proof of delivery but they are refusing to give a refund!!

I have the same. Ordered the watch on the 6th July and still have no update on tracking information or any emails to say that the watch is on the way. :mad:

Was your watch delivered via Royal Mail or another courier and did you get a tracking number?

I have managed to claim from groupon via my credit card Chargeback Scheme but that was Amex so maybe they're particularly helpful. They contacted groupon apparently, had no luck/help in resolving the situation, so just credited me a refund immediately.

Hi all. Just to advise that I did receive my watch on Thurs the 14th. Still no tracking number in the system even though it had the tracked info on the package from royal mail. I hope you all have yours now.

I ordered an Apple Watch from Groupon ON 19/9/16, the seller was Gold Box Deals. It arrived within 7 days, it wasn't in an Apple Box and wouldn't turn on so I was immediatly worried. I took it to the genius bar in the Apple store where they checked the serial number and it didn't match the product so not a genuine Apple product. I am returning the watch today so hopefully they'll give me a full refund! BEWARE!!
