end of terrace premium - please help

    +1 for the end of terrace. Woth regards to redecorating, the mid terrace is likely to still need a lick kf paint due to moving in/out marks and this way you get to choose the colour scheme. Your mortgage will be cheaper/you'll have spare cash to do up the property the way you want it!
    You've potentially only got noise coming from one side of the house (you can tell I've recently just bought an end of terrace house myself!)
    But ultimately, do either of the houses have the "feeling"? Go with your gut!
